Hi, I’m Twinkle from Premium Rapid & Mold Industrial Co., Ltd.
Most customers call me a problem solver — and I’m proud of that.
For the past 14 years, my work has been simple in purpose but never simple in practice: help customers turn difficult custom-part projects into reliable, manufacturable results.
How Premium Started
Premium was founded in 2000 as a small machine shop.
At the beginning, the work was straightforward: machining parts, solving small technical problems, and earning trust one project at a time.
Over the years, customer needs became more complex. They needed more than machining. They needed suppliers who could handle different processes, finishes, assemblies, and production volumes without creating new problems.
That pushed Premium to grow.
Today, Premium has become a medium-sized manufacturing company with 230 employees, providing:
- CNC machining
- sheet metal stamping
- plastic injection molding
- RIM manufacturing
- finishing and post-processing
- short-run to mass-production support
The Journey That Shaped My Thinking
I learned very early that manufacturing is not only about making parts.
It is about solving real problems:
- a prototype that does not scale well
- a material that behaves differently than expected
- a finish that looks good once but not across batches
- a supplier who says “yes” too quickly but cannot deliver consistently
Those experiences shaped the way I work.
I do not believe in giving customers easy answers just to win an order. I believe in finding the right process, the right material, and the right production path — even when that means having a difficult technical conversation early.
That honesty is one reason customers stay with us.
What Premium Stands For
Premium aims to offer a one-stop custom manufacturing solution from short-run production to mass production, with a wide range of finishes and secondary operations.
We support industries including:

- robotics
- communication devices
- medical equipment
- oil exploration
- automotive
- aerospace
Over time, we have worked with 300+ customers from 50 countries. Even more meaningful to me, 53% of our new customers come from referrals by existing customers.
That number matters because referrals are earned, not advertised.
What Success Means to Me
Success is not just growing from a small workshop into a 230-person company.
Success is when a customer says:
“You helped us solve a problem we couldn’t fix with our previous supplier.”
That is the part of this work I enjoy most.
Every difficult project teaches us something. Every customer challenge makes the team stronger. Every solved problem becomes part of Premium’s experience.
That is how we grew — not by chasing easy jobs, but by staying close to customers when projects became difficult.
